Do I need a server to run Manufacturing Pro software?

No.

Unlike ERP and PLM software packages, Manufacturing Pro doesn’t require you to purchase expensive SQL servers to run its software. Although Manufacturing Pro is still compatible with SQL server hardware, it’s not required by any means. Users can simply install the free Microsoft SQL software on their PC and configure the database paths for Manufacturing Pro.

Yes, you can.

Unlike other manufacturing software packages that often include expensive and tedious installation fees, Manufacturing Pro’s software is designed to be easily installed ‘out-of-the-box’. Once downloaded, the software can be installed quickly and effortlessly.
