Manufacturing Pro’s software is supported through an online ticket based system. Users can choose to purchase a 6-month or 12-month support package for their particular software. This support package allows users to submit their questions on the support page of our website. All questions are submitted through an online ‘ticket’ that quickly gets sent to our technical support staff.

Manufacturing Pro’s support staff is available to answer technical questions during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday. Depending on the support traffic, users can generally expect a very prompt response.

Manufacturing Pro works on a multi-user seat system. This means that users will only be able to install the software on machines they have purchased licenses for.
